Shipping Policy

At Havoc E-Bikes, we are committed to getting your ride to you as quickly and safely as possible. Because our e-bikes are high-performance machines containing lithium-ion batteries, we follow specific safety and freight protocols.

1. Processing Times

  • All in-stock orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or launching a new model, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer flat-rate freight shipping within the continental United States. Rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Accessories: Smaller items that are not sold individually and only in cause of warranty (chargers, displays, etc.) ship via standard ground carriers (UPS/FedEx).

  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within EU, United States, Asia, Australia. Stay tuned as we expand our havoc worldwide.

3. Delivery Method (Freight)

E-bikes are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure they arrive undamaged.

  • Signature Required: For security and insurance purposes, an adult signature is required upon delivery for all e-bike shipments.

  • Delivery Appointment: The carrier will typically contact you via phone to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout.

4. Inspection Upon Arrival

Important: Before signing for your delivery, please inspect the box for any significant external damage.

  • If the box is severely compromised, take photos immediately and note the damage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.

  • Please refer to our Warranty Policy regarding minor scratches (less than 3cm) that may occur during transit.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Battery Regulations

Due to shipping regulations, lithium-ion batteries must be shipped within the bike frame or in specialized UN-certified packaging. If you order a spare battery, it may arrive in a separate shipment from your e-bike due to safety protocols.

7. Changes & Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: If you need to change your address or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After Shipment: Once an e-bike has left our warehouse, rerouting is subject to a carrier "rerouting fee," and cancellations will be treated as a return (shipping fees will apply).
